Dear Kevin: I had a contractor in my cellar cutting a hole in my floor with a gasoline saw to install a sump pump. When he realized the tent he made around the work area wasn’t working, my whole cellar and furnace, ductwork etc. filled up with concrete dust. I called your people to clean my furnace complete inside and out. I have very bad allergies to everything and dust of any kind makes me feel miserable. Rick made sure all parts were very clean including the blower wheel. Cleaning that part now sends heat where I wasn’t getting any heat before. These furnaces are not air-tight, that’s why the dust from the floor and etc. gets into these parts. Even though there was a Christmas party at the office, Rick made sure that I was satisfied.
